AMY E. STRATTON is a business attorney, experienced in handling matters involving corporate formation and governance, employment, financing, real estate, business succession planning, and estate planning. Amy is the past president and current member of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association and is a current member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Amy donates her legal services to the RhodeIsland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RISPCA) and donates her time speaking to schoolchildren in the City of Warwick Public Schools. Amy graduated from Boston College and Suffolk University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
